Yes. We permit up to two pets. We accept cats and dogs, up to 25lbs. and no taller than 18inches at the shoulder. An additional deposit of $350 for cats and $500 for dogs applies. Pet rent, is $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Please refer to our applicant criteria for additional details.
We are a Cox Communications “Quick Connect” property. In most cases, a modem is preinstalled in your apartment. To sign up for service, you simply scan a QR code or visit the quick connect website to activate internet service on your day of move-in. You will also have the option to sign up for telephone and/or cable television service at the same time. Other service providers may also be available, ask your leasing professional for additional details when you call or visit.
